Upon verified payment settlement via our integrated payment gateways (including Razorpay), digital files or course dashboard access keys are provisioned electronically without physical courier shipments.
2. Lawful & Permitted Use
All source code products and instructional media are sold for legitimate development, educational, and business applications. The customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- The software must never be deployed for phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized financial schemes, or any illicit activities violating Indian or international statutes.
- The purchaser assumes 100% individual civil and criminal liability for the deployment, database contents, and operational utilization of the script.
- Uvais Verse and its developers disclaim any liability for regulatory sanctions, business interruptions, or legal disputes resulting from purchaser misuse.
3. Intellectual Property & Reselling Restrictions
Purchasing a script grants a standard non-exclusive operational usage license. Unless expressly specified under an authorized extended license, purchasers are strictly prohibited from:
- Sub-licensing, redistributing, or reselling the unmodified code repository on digital marketplaces, public repos, or third-party web forums.
- Distributing login keys, download links, or course dashboard access credentials to unauthorized parties.
4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Digital source codes are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While codebases are tested for operational stability under stated server environments (e.g., PHP 8.x, MySQL), we make no representations that the software will be uninterrupted or immune from hosting incompatibilities. Under no circumstances shall Uvais Verse be liable for financial damages exceeding the transaction sum paid for the specific asset.
5. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of purchases, chargebacks, or website operation fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of our registered operating address.
