Software License Policy
Every software codebase, digital script, and curriculum resource purchased on Uvais Verse is governed by proprietary developer intellectual property rights. This policy defines the permitted boundaries of modification, deployment, and operational rights.
1. Regular Single Application License
By default, purchasing a script grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-use commercial license:
- Permitted: Installation and operation on one single live primary domain (plus local test/staging domains).
- Permitted: Customizing, changing CSS/design themes, modifying backend logic, and integrating personal database assets.
- Prohibited: Extracting source files to package and resell as an individual standalone script on any forum or competing website.
2. Strict Anti-Piracy & Reselling Restrictions
No Reselling or Master Rights
Standard purchases do not convey intellectual property assignment or master reselling rights. Publishing our source codes, database schemas, or video lessons to public GitHub repositories, torrent trackers, or unauthorized distribution hubs constitutes a direct violation of copyright laws, resulting in instant license revocation and account termination.
3. Educational Courses Licensing
Enrollment in course curriculum grants personal instructional access to the authenticated individual only. Re-recording video lectures, capturing lecture streams, downloading non-permitted video feeds, or sharing credential passes is strictly prohibited and subject to automated session termination.
4. Custom Licensing Inquiries
