Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Uvais Verse, we provide intangible electronic products, digital source codes, and online curriculum materials. Please review our refund guidelines formulated in compliance with consumer protection frameworks and payment gateway guidelines.
1. Non-Refundable Digital Goods Notice
Immediate Digital Provisioning
Due to the irrevocable nature of downloadable software code (.zip packages), database archives, and instant video course access, orders cannot be canceled or returned once digital delivery has been finalized or downloaded.
Unlike physical retail products, digital source code cannot be physically returned or wiped from customer local hard drives once acquired. Buyers are advised to review product screenshots, descriptions, and feature lists prior to checkout.
2. Qualifying Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds or store credit may be authorized only under the following limited conditions:
- Duplicate Transaction Billing: If the payment processor (Razorpay/Bank) charges your account multiple times for the identical single purchase order.
- Corrupt / Missing Archive: The delivered archive file is completely unreadable or broken and our technical engineering desk fails to provide a functioning link or updated archive within 48 business hours of ticket escalation.
- Gateway Debit Without Order Generation: Your banking account was debited, but due to connectivity interruption, no order was registered in the database. (Such cases are automatically refunded or reconciled by the gateway within 5-7 working days).
3. Non-Eligible Refund Grounds
Refund claims are strictly rejected for:
- Change of mind after source code package download has been logged in the system.
- Incompatible third-party hosting server lacking required PHP/database versions despite clearly published technical specifications.
- Lack of basic technical proficiency required to deploy web applications or configure database credentials.
4. Claim Submission & Settlement Window
Eligible claims must be forwarded to our desk within 48 hours of purchase, stating your registered email address, Order Number, and Razorpay Payment ID (`pay_xxxx`). Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days pursuant to banking cycles.
